About Us

North Dakota groundwater can be hard and high in sodium, sulfate and iron. Bismarck and other cities along the Missouri River treat river water, while many rural homes and farms rely on wells, some with water that tastes salty or stains fixtures. Clear Drop Filtration plans whole house water filtration in Mcleod, ND around a test: sediment and carbon for city water, and iron or specialty stages for wells. High sulfate can cause a bitter taste and digestive issues, and a carbon filter will not remove it, which we explain up front.
